Steps to delete Steam Account Permanently

Open Steam Account Settings
Scroll Down and Find Delete My Steam Account
Click on Proceed To Account Deletion

Open Steam Account Settings

To open account settings go to store.steampowered.com/account from your browser. If you are on the steam desktop app go to Help>Steam Support>My Account and click on manage account details.

Scroll Down and Find Delete My Steam Account

Click on Delete Steam Account option

On your account settings page, simply move down to the bottom of the page you will see an option Delete My Steam Account. Click on the option.

Now a new page will open, click on Proceed to account deletion. After this, they will verify your account with a code in your email. Just enter the code and the account deletion process will start.

After you are finished with the verification steam will hold your request for 30 days. If you have deleted your account and want it back then you can recover your account within these 30 days.

On the 31st day, Steam will queue your account for the deletion process and your account will be deleted with all its data.

After 30 days there is no way you can recover your Steam Account back even if you wish to do so.

After you have started the process. You will not be able to play any games that require a VAC server. Also, you will not be able to play games that require Steam Login.

You can continue to play games that do not require a Steam login after the purchase. You can also use your payment methods in any other Steam account.
